I love the vivid imagery in today's story: a violent storm that threatens to break the ship; desperate sailors shouting in desperation and throwing cargo overboard.
There is no shortage of reasons to be anxious these days. No matter where you look—politics, world events, the environment, the future in generall—you can find something to be worried about.
So what do we do with that? Certainly there are ways to find some calm—like going without electronic devices for a time, getting enough sleep, or finding a quiet place simply to ‘be.’
